On Monday, 20th March 2023, Michael Donatus Turkson, the youngest candidate among the nine(9) aspirants who picked forms in Mfantseman to contest for the position of a parliamentary candidate to contest election 2024 on the ticket of the umbrella Party, NDC, submitted his documents as required by the party at the constituency office in Saltpond.
In a speech delivered by Michael Donatus Turkson after the filing, he hinted at a restoration of hope to the people of Mfantseman, especially the youth who are desperately yearning for a change in leadership in the country.
The 35-year-old man said Mfantseman must and will rise with the right leadership with charisma and character as he presents a positive energy to drive the change Mfantseman seeks.
