Professor Kofi Abraham, known in real life as Abraham Kofi Boakye, is a Ghanaian great composer, songwriter, and performer. His contribution to gospel music goes back to the 1970s and the indomitable role he played in the music industry, opened the doors to the growth of gospel music in the country.

Kofi Abraham, who was given the title ‘Professor’ at Koforidua by a member of the Late President Hilla Liman’s administration, was the head of the True Gospel Band and the Ashanti Regional Music Union of Ghana (MUSIGA).

He has great songs like Amen, Nhyira Nka Nyame, Yehowa Ne Mehwefo, Job, Onyame Kanea, Rabi Mmo, Sore Na Hyeren, Me Kra Tie, Sore Anopa Tutu etc
