As little as fire is, it can still burn a city . Lack of appreciation is end of progression

We thank God for the Opportunity given to William Amponsah to represent Ghana in 5000m at the commonwealth games Birmingham 2022.
This is a very great platform for the long distance runner to spring to new level . Amponsah has consistently maintain stardom since he took over the Long distance running in Ghana since 2017,  William Amponsah has utilize every single platform given to him and there is no doubt in him in making Ghana proud this time around too.

The management expect nothing from his first appearance but the best to make Ghana pound. Our appreciation goes to the Sport minister,GOC, NSA, GAA fortheir endless commitment in showcase our local athletes to the world.
