TOWDAH with ADELINE BAIDOO restores the glory of Gospel music in Central Region.
Before and after Ghana’s independence, Central Region was undoubtedly the hub of indegenous Ghanaian music. Many great musicians germinated from the region and this legacy has been challenging every talent that comes from there.
Thus the Central Music Awards cane in to motivate the new generation to bounce back heavily. For the secular sector, they are doing so well but not been easy for the gospel sector.
After Adeline Baidoo won the Gospel Artiste of the year 2018, she took the mantle to lead her fellows to project the region higher in Gospel music. With the support of many singers and industry practitioners, she has been able to bring the faith to live.
On the 7th of March at the Christian Kingdom International Church, thousands of music lovers came to witness a wonderful performance from her and great talents. Guest artistes were the Unbreakable Joyce Blessing and Rev Abraham Lamptey.
Pastor Richard Botsie the head pastor of CKIC expressed his joy to the media and he assured to use his ministry to support every talent.
Even though TOWDAH with ADELINE BAIDOO is just two years old, many churches are rushing to host the next edition.
This has been a great challenge to the management of Adeline Baidoo and we are yet to see if their next edition can be more greater than this. To end we say thank you to every soul who contributed to the success of TOWDAH.
