Central Region Sets To Host The 60Th Anniversary Of The National Festival of Arts and Culture.
The National Commission on Culture under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism Arts and Culture presents: NAFAC @60
The National Festival of Arts and Culture brings together all the 16 Regions of Ghana under one umbrella to showcase their distinct Culture and Tourism potentials for socio- economic development of the Country.
The years Theme is:
Reviving patriotism, peace and unity through Cultural diversity for sustainable development.
Among the dignitaries that would be present are:
The President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo- Addo.
The Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Hon. Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Awal.
The Executive Director of the National Commission on Culture, Madam Janet Edna Nyame.
The Regional Minister, Hon. Justina Marigold Assan. (The Host)
The President of the National house of Chiefs, Ogyeahohuo Yaw Gyebi (II)
The President of the Central Regional house of Chiefs, Odeefo Amoakwa Boadu VIII
The Omanhen of Oguaa Traditional Area, Osaberima Kwesi Atta II
