Sarkodie does not appreciate DJs when his songs are played – Okay FM’s DJ Phletch
Okay 101.7 Fm’s DJ Phletch, in a panel discussion on the ‘Best Entertainment Show’ on Okay FM hosted by Halifax Ansah Addo chastised Ghana’s artiste of the decade, Sarkodie for being unappreciative of the support given to him by Ghanaian D.J’s.
As monitored by sammykaymedia.com, the D.J stated that Sarkodie and his management feels they are the highest hence do not send their music to radio stations.
He further stated he called Angel, manager of Sarkodie sometime back to ask whether he listens to the radio and hasn’t heard D.J’s playing his artiste songs on the radio, but to his, surprise Angel replied by saying No.
The D. J said his challenge was the unappreciative nature of Sarkodie and his management to people out there who helps in playing songs produced by Sarkodie hence the need for management and Sarkodie himself to be more appreciative by even calling to show some form of gratitude because if he sits on radio to say unpleasant things about Sarkodie, his management will call.
