The Amapiano craze is fast taking over the whole continent of Africa and beyond by storm. The genre, originally from South Africa has now been adopted by musicians from Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, etc. Ghana is now the newest country to adapt the culture and adapt into their Music Culture.
Gyebi1, a Ghanaian born, South African based musician has a point to prove with his newest jam, ‘Men Rush’ which he featured South African musicians, Vukani and Hloni. The point is to demonstrate to Ghanaian musicians how the real Amapiano is done because most of the sounds termed, ‘Amapiano’ is quite flawed and lacks the rudiments of the real Amapiano sound.
