PRESS STATEMENT FROM YOUTH FOR PROF- AGONA EAST CONSTITUENCY.
The leadership of Youth For Prof. wishes to thank president Akufo Addo for nominating Janet Odei Paintsil as the District Chief Executive for Agona East district. The youth of the constituency were thrown into an unprecedented explosion of joy and happiness upon hearing the nomination of their hardworking and selfless Loyal Lady and a proud member of the YOUTH FOR PROF campaign group in the 2020 elections.
Hon. Jane as popularly called is a classic example of dedicated and hardworking patriot with a high sense of humility. Indeed President Akufo Addo has shown so much faith in the youth of Ghana. He has appointed many youth into strategic positions to help the development of this country. It is imperative to note that, Akufo Addo’s love for the Ghanaian Youth is not just a lip service but a realistic one. We are hoping to see more people from Agona East in your government; such as the indefatigable good old Prof. Kwesi Yankah.
The competency of Hon. Jane is unquestionable , she is a very hard working, committed and dedicated to realize the dream of this government. We the youth are very confident that, she will execute her responsibilities expediently, even beyond the expectations of the president. What is more critical is unity in development as the Assembly members have reposed confidence in her with an overwhelming endorsement for the president’s nominee.
The Youth of the constituency should see this appointment as a guiding principle to work very hard for the party. President Akufo Addo has shown without equivocation that he rewards loyalty, hard work and commitment to the cause of Ghana.
Thank you Mr. President for such a wonderful nomination, it is our hope that Hon. Jane gets the needed confirmation from the assembly to commence her good works.
